Please complete the form below to access ProCare. More than one student can be added on the same form if you have multiple children enrolled at Sprout House. There is a $65 registration fee per family.
We use the ProCare app for day-to-day communication, billing and more. Your child’s teacher will provide you with secure access to classroom updates via the app.
